New Running Shoes - Saucony

When I was looking for new running shoes, Saucony was recommended by fellow long distance running friends. I had some specific conditions that I wanted to be mindful of with this purchase:

wide foot
can't be too tall
have to be comfortable to increase milage

This is my first pair of Saucony Freedom ISO shoes and they seemed to have currently addressed all of the items mention above. Before, my achilles would become very tight after running (very concerning) and then it was very hard to walk.

After a few weeks running with my Saucony Freedom ISO shoes, I have definitely noticed a dramatic difference in how I feel afterwards.

This photo was take on one of our bus trips through the mountains. It was in awe of how it seemed that land dropped off and we were in the clouds.

This was a quick snap taken outside of a museum that we toured. This man had hand carved wind instruments that you heard along the street.

7 years years since I studied/lived in the beautiful country of Costa Rica and to this day, I am beyond thankful. I was fortunate enough to document some of the amazing locations that I still recall vividly from time to time.

To look towards the horizon and see as though the world ends is truly a breathtaking site.

The amazing family that I lived with truly captured my heart and taught me so much about their incredible country.

With clouds of smoke rising, it is truly a great site to see with breathtaking scale.

From the serene botanical gardens to the active volcanoes, every location was a fantastic adventure that captured our sense of being.

There are moments to be in awe, for me, this was a trip one that will remain for a lifetime.

Long Weekending - Naples, FL

Recently I found photos of when I visited Naples, FL, it was not hard to understand why people come to first vacation/live and later retire.

What a fantastic community, situated in the gulf with so much to offer. Picturesque sunsets and turquoise coastlines, I am humbled to have had the opportunity to visit several times in my youth.

Amazing people, fantastic food with a touch of old world living in Old Naples. The Naples Pier is a great location to watch breathtaking sunsets.

Definitely stop by Old Naples Pub for food/drinks as they have this amazing atrium lined with vines. Filled with sounds of birds by day and magical lighting in the evening hours.

Their "Close Shavers" Squadron Ultimate Brushless Shave Cream is exactly what I as looking for. I have sensitive skin and this formula is great !!!

This morning, I decided to read a few pages of Humans of New York by Brand Stanton. It is an incredible read with so many personal stories. This is truly a remarkable book and the work that Brandon does continues to this day on Humans of New York page.

The sheer amount of raw honesty on each page is something that is truly amazing. Everyone has their own story to tell.
